Booking Terms

By booking with Lanka Travel Bee, you agree to our terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

1. Booking and Payment

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking
• Full payment is due 30 days before departure
• Prices are subject to change until full payment is received

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 60 days before departure: 10% fee
• Cancellations 30-60 days before departure: 50% fee
• Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: 100% fee

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.

4. Liability

Lanka Travel Bee acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not liable for services provided by third parties.

5. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for changes due to circumstances beyond our control including weather, political situations, or natural disasters.
