How do I book a Podi Ride?
You can book your Podi Ride online through our website, by calling our customer service, or visiting our office in Negombo. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your seat.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure may be eligible for a partial refund or credit for future travel.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each passenger can bring one backpack or medium-sized suitcase plus one small personal item. Additional luggage may incur extra fees and is subject to available space.
Are there bathrooms on the bus?
Our buses don't have onboard bathrooms, but we make scheduled comfort stops during longer journeys. The locations and frequency of stops depend on the route.
