   – A deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
   – The remaining balance must be settled 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

   – Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
   – Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the arrival date may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total tour cost.
   – Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.
